Buckwheat Banana Bread

GLP-1 support from a banana bread! Studies show increased GLP-1 levels following consumption of buckwheat; same mechanism of action as ozepmy. This loaf also features a big dose of ceylon cinnamon which significantly raises GLP-1 concentrations + lowers insulin levels, basically cancelling out the almost cup of maple syrup in there (naturopath baker math)

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the wet ingredients well in a large bowl and set aside. Whisk the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and then mix the two together by folding the dry ingredients into the wet. Mix until all the flour is absorbed into the wet ingredients. Pour into a lightly oiled loaf pan and make for 50 - 60 minutes.
